What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will start at 4:30pm, please arrive between 4 and 4:15 to grab a refreshment and find your seat.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Yes! We appreciate your effort in attending our wedding, we know traveling to be with us for our day means time and money not spent elsewhere. Given this, its important to us you have the opportunity to bring a significant other or friend. If you do not see a plus one allotted in your invitation or RSVP options please let us know!

Is there a dress code?

Yes, attire is Black-Tie Optional. Think suits or tux, gowns, a midi or ankle-length dress, or an elegant jumpsuit. That said, what we care about most is that you feel comfortable and confident in whatever you choose to wear.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors, so please prepare for the weather accordingly. The ceremony will also be held on grass, so keep that in mind if it influences your shoe selection. Cocktail hour will held in an indoor-outdoor space, so you will have the option to enjoy the ranch views or get cozy inside. Dinner & dancing will be indoors.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

While we love your children, we kindly ask for an adults-only wedding. Thank you for understanding!

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

We've decided to have an unplugged wedding ceremony to ensure everyone can fully experience and enjoy the moment without distractions, so please no photos or videos during the ceremony itself. After the ceremony, feel free to snap away! Thank you for your understanding.

What is the best way to get to/from the wedding? Is there parking available onsite?

Parking is available at the venue on first come, first serve basis. Uber's are also readily available in the area during the day. At the end of the night we will be providing shuttles from the wedding venue to downtown Carmel (dropping off at Junipero & Ocean) and at Carmel Mission Inn (our room block hotel). Shuttle will run at 8:45, 9:30 and 10:15. Please check back closer to the wedding for more details regarding specific shuttles drop off locations and times.
